I am a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, trained in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, with advanced training in Anatomy, Injury and Special Populations and Pre and Post Natal Pilates. I completed my STOTT PILATES® training at Bodycenter Studios in Seattle, Washington in 2008. Since then, I have found great joy in helping many different types of people learn to love and appreciate the strength and beauty of their bodies!

I personally discovered Pilates in 2006 when I first turned to this exercise to alleviate chronic neck and shoulder pain. After seeing what Pilates did to balance my own body, I decided to pursue a career in teaching others about the practice. Thankfully, I learned I have a passion for teaching and a true excitement around making Pilates accessible and relevant for many different people.
